How do you do sealed box FR measurements?
Ok, so I see on ported designs when people are doing in box FR measurements and voicing, the woofer and tweeter leads are run out through the port.
How do you do this with a sealed enclosure design?
If I want to use terminal posts, drilling holes large enough for the wires would be too large for posts.
If I go with a terminal cup, after voicing is complete I could cut the hole for the cup removing the area containing the holes for the wires during voicing.
Are using a terminal cup or terminal plate the only options when doing inbox measurements and tuning of a sealed enclosure?

i just run them out the hole for the terminal cup and stuff with a sock.

I use small holes just large enough for wire to pass thru. Put them wherever you plan on putting the terminal cup, posts etc.

Re: How do you do sealed box FR measurements?
On a previous project I bought the "bi-amp" terminals that have two pair of posts. I ran the woofer and tweeter directly to a separate pair so all measurements and voicing was done with the XO external. When I was done I just installed the XO and used the bottom pair.

I have never used hook-up wire larger than my binding posts. I often drill the holes for my binding posts and run the wires through them. It can be snug, but it works. When I'm done, I just install the binding posts. I should add that I tend to use fairly large binding posts. I like the ease of use with them - you can grab them and turn them easier, plus you can hook about any kind of wire termination to them.
Sometimes I will use two sets for biwiring capability (I don't biwire personally, but other people sometimes do). When I do this I go ahead and install the posts and just temporarily hook up the drivers up to them.
As a side note, do buy real expensive terminals and posts. The Dayton large posts are inexpensive, large, easy to use, and work just fine.

I make the cutout for the terminal cup and put foam insulating tape around the hole. I then run the wires out the hole and temporarily install the terminal cup upside down trapping the wires in the foam tape.
