problem with checkout?

Hi. I'm trying to purchase a pair of tweeters and when i go to check out im getting a 500 internal server error. Was wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

Last week I had to be on the phone with PE service at the same time as checkout. She informed me that there have been problems with this process recently, most dealing with credit cards and people who have existing accounts. I had to sign out, wait 15 minutes, then sign back in. Unfortunately I had 83 small items in my cart and they all vanished when I signed back in. Took me over 2 hours to refill the cart for the order. May want to print your cart before you try what i said.

Still a no go. Should I just place the order over the phone tomorrow morning?
