Default I think I might cry....

Well... Got my package in from PE today.. new speaker wire and upgraded RCA cable to go from the pre-amp to amp. I slid the media console out and went to work.... got it all done and realized something had come unplugged. Went to slide the console out again and my fat a$$ hit my Gila MTM floorstander. I watched in slow motion as it crashed against the casing of a doorway, digging a nice gouge from the top corner. Those of you who paint these cabinets know what a pain in the arse this is.. not the end of the world, but certainly not the time of year when I can complete this repair...oh well, life goes on.. just needed to vent to those who can understand (wife sure didn't)..

Try building a pair of line arrays as your first speaker project, only to find out that your wife tried to rearrange the family room while you were at work, tipped one over and ruined it. Yeah, me = mad!

Thanks, Ron! I'm actually just sitting here thinking.... may go at a gloss finish when the repair is made. I've made up my mind to have a go at a pair of statements come spring... I'll just wait till I have my garage in a complete uproar again to work on the Gila's...Just sux that just about the time I get everything the way I want it...Murphy's Law rears its ugly head..
