Looking for descent dispersion like 90 degrees (horizontal).
Will cross over between 1500 and 1800Hz.

A horn with 90 degree horizontal dispersion pattern that supports a 1.5Khz-1.8Khz crossover point?

I wouldn't say that. Line array is best served by a diffraction horn with a tall narrow mouth. One example:
