ARGH! I found out why I didn't have good bass response. I had my avr set to route bass to my sub! I changed it this morning but couldn't listen to anything as I was on my way out. This should help a bit. LOL!

I would advise keeping the tweeter second order electrical. This protects the tweeter with the coil in place.
I think I would try a CR filter (parallel placed in series) on the planar to try and flatten it out. That will help the bumped response.
If the tweeter is insensitive enough that you are not padding it down, what you have may be the best you can do.
FWIW- your phase is tracking quite well, and it probably doesn't sound too bad.
If the Fs of the mid is giving you fits where that bump is, maybe drop a resistor across it equivalent to half the Zmax value.
So- if your Fs spikes at 40-50 ohms, you can reduce that with a 20-25 ohm resistor across the driver without too much attenuation.
