    Default Pt2c-8

Anyone worked up a design with this Dayton planar? Or has anyone heard it? How does it compare to the almighty Raal

It might not be exactly the same tweeter but Wolf had a design using the PT2-A that might be of interest.

Maybe he knows some of what the differences between the two tweeters would be.

I used the A version, AKA the Silver Flute YAG-20-1.

The C has a peak, dip, then flat to decrease FR plot, while the A has a flat but decreasing plot.
    2 different birds for sure.

Over in the Gallery there is a build called Ethan Ribbon 1
that clearly shows a measurement of the PT2C-8. FWIW- I think about 2.3-2.4kHz is as low as it goes, and 4th electrical networks are pretty much required for
    that point.

Remember to chamber this planar, as the membrane mount has open channels that give to woofer presures to make these buzz.
