Yes, it will. (I made up the FRD and ZMA formats, scientific notations are perfectly legal, even common).

Hmmm, I hadn't considered scientific notation in my port of the PCD. Looks like I have some more work to do, although it shouldn't be a big effort, just one more item on the to-do list.
