does anyone know if this is a copper sleeve?

hello all, I am changing the dustcaps on my titanic mk3 15's and I notice I dont see a copper ring on the pole but it looks like a sleeve. Like the sleeves on the aura 12s. Thank Michael

I cannot tell from the picture. I do know that the Titanics are supposed to have a shorting ring, but I don't know from that pic.
