OK so I recalculated the 4th order LP on the RS270 and the original 10mh coil is being replaced with a 4.7 mh and it sounds soooooo much better. Now I will proceed to finalize the mid xover which I believe needs tweeking.

OK so I got the woofer sounding real good. I moved on to the mid. The original design was first order but I changed it to 2nd order HP and first order LP. The mid was straining with a first order HP at 350hz. I have to pad it down because it is too loud. But the sound is clear with no strain.

Almost across the finish line. Made the front and rear grills. The front is unique in that the fabric is affixed at top and bottom and not on sides to reduce diffraction effects. I'll be posting some speaker porn

Thanks. I'll take more close up photos and post. They sound damn good but I am already planning upgrades. Make that Lambda rev 1!!
