i am one of the moderators for the board here. I did not lock the thread, but I can share why it was locked. Tech talk is for discussion of audio related topics and there has been a long standing practice of closing any customer service related threads in the interest of keeping on topic. This type of thing is better discussed directly. I would be happy to look into what happened though.
