Amp and speakers for a future adventure game - 70 v ?

Hello the techtalk community !

I will open an adventure game for fun in an existing empty office that a friend let me for free, and I need your advice about the installation.

I need an amp and 6 speakers with a good quality but the players will just hear a soundtrack, low volume, to scare them a little bit ( baby screams, footsteps etc...).

I think I need a 70 volt amplifier, but I don't know which one is good, and I don't know which speakers to buy.
