  • Speaker Building Liquidation Sale

    Howdy fellow speaker builders,

Several years ago I developed Menier's disease and as a result I've suffered partial hearing loss. It's kind of sucked the enthusiasm for high end audio right out of me. Without the ability to really fine tune a speaker system, I no longer find the pleasure in building speakers. As a result, I'm clearing out all of my drivers and crossover components. I'd like to find them a good home where they used and enjoyed.

I'd really like to sell everything as a package deal rather than piecing them out, and preferably to someone who lives around the bay area who can come by and pick them up. Shipping would be hugely expensive but if your alright with that, I'll ship them anywhere.

    I'll accept any reasonable offer.

I see 3 pair of Audax drivers, and you only have 2 pair listed.

The ones with the flat surround? I have never seen audax with some kind of woven fiber looking dustcaps like those. Modded maybe?

The dustcap itself isn't carbon fiber,,, just the cone. the surround is actually inverted.

Designed for high end systems, the HM130CO utilizes a very stiff and lightweight woven carbon fiber cone. The use of this material results in dynamic bass response, superb midrange clarity and an extremely natural top end roll off.

No, I meant the big ones on the floor, bottom left. They don't seem to be listed?

I could use (2) or (4) 1.3 or 1.5 mH aircore inductors if you're willing.

Ah- Killa was right- They are PHL drivers. I figured one or the other, but both have flat surrounds.

I was also thinking of the lot of xover parts or a pair of drivers. It's a shame you don't want to separate them...

Chances are that you will need to sell pairs. Ready to show some love for some of these fine drivers.
