I recently built a speaker using the TM020J5 Audax tweeter. One of the domes has a slight wrinkle in it, although it functions just fine.
I'm looking for a single, or a pair of these. The TM020J5 is 20mm (3/4"), titanium dome, 4-ohm, from 15-20 years ago.
