Shipping has always been the killer. On my floorstanders I was trying to sell, the shipping would be about $550 to LA.... who is ever gonna pay that for a set of DIY. I am gonna probably build and sell another pair just because I enjoy the woodworking aspect of it...

This particular pair MG is selling is quite nice. It's much more then lot of people can pull out. I don't understand why people pondering over $50 to UPS while a lunch in a good Chinese restaurant cost you the same.
Cause really good Chinese around my area only costs $6. But I know what you are saying. And I am sure these cabinets are very well constructed.

I agree that they look great. Dimensions would be a good addition to the pictures since baffle geometry is fairly important.

started a topic FS: Pair of .5 Cu. Ft. Cabinets (NY)

FS: Pair of .5 Cu. Ft. Cabinets (NY)

I am selling these unfinished cabinets. No holes in them yet and no finish has been applied... Birdseye maple and Bubinga veneer. I just needed to build something but I have no drivers for them. The veneer gave me some trouble. On side (see photo) one of the cabinets on one side has a bunch of cracks and a repaired corner. all of the sides have some minor cracking. All was filled and sanded..

the tops and fronts are in good shape. all sides were sanded down to 150 grit and just need some Mindy touch up before finishing. Just make your holes and go.

Each cabinet weighs 18 pounds. the fronts are 1.5 inches thick. the cabinet is internally braced. I will post a photo if I can since 5 is the limit here...

I will wrap them in bubble wrap and box each one separately. use shipping zip code 11795 to calculate your shipping. UPS, DHL or USPS are the shipping methods I will do. I will box them up next week so you can get an accurate shipping price. I will see if they fit in office paper boxes.

Price= Make an offer. I will probably throw these up on ebay next week if nobody wants them...
