It is working perfectly. If you don't mind not having the remote control or the cosmetic flaw top. This is a nice sounding player.

That's a bit high for a scratched up player without a remote. The remote is no longer available for this model so they are far and few between. The replacement remote really sucks.

Have you checked w/ Oppo for a remote replacement?

I don't use it much as I mostly play mp3 music through my PC hence had never checked into it. I would think any universal remote should work.
