    Is there a way to get frequency response results in a .CSV or other Excel-readable format?

    Check in the help menu "saving files to disk " !

      The .frd file is a .csv that can be imported into Excel. You can change the extension on the frd file to csv if you want, and Excel will import it fine once you take the step to set the delimiters for Excel.
