What method should I use for doing room measurements (RTA and pink noise or frequency response and sweeps). I want to find the best location for my subwoofers and listening position. Thanks.

Yea a good question that no one knows the answer to, or they just don't want to answer it. Funny.

I say RTA. At least you have an answer, lol.

I've been told that pink noise is easier on your speakers, and for frequencies that a sub might handle, I've had very similar results to using sine sweeps. I've seen the difference about 2kHz, if memory serves (and it might not -- but it's somewhere in the upper mids).

Omnimic has features for measuring frequency response, room reverberation, and Bass Decay, all of which are handy tools for setting up your room.
I'm not deaf, I'm just not listening!
