Ok everyone im in need of a mixer here and trying to do it for @ $70ish plus or minus a few bucks . I would like one with about 4 channels or so for laptop,cd, phone etc. and needs to have some sort of eq and maybe some effects if possible . Any help pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated and THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR TIME AND HELP HERE............iTS just for playback no insturments

I'd suggest using Google Shop to get a better idea of what's available - including used.
The FX requirement raises the price.
Shure mixers are rock solid and last decades, but are simple w/o EQ.
At your price point, many would get a Behringer
