    HELP with a mixer

    Ok everyone im in need of a mixer here and trying to do it for @ $70ish plus or minus a few bucks . I would like one with about 4 channels or so for laptop,cd, phone etc. and needs to have some sort of eq and maybe some effects if possible . Any help pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated and THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR TIME AND HELP HERE............iTS just for playback no insturments
