Threaded speaker pole sockets seem to be proprietary to QSC. The subs are sold with them included. That said, seldom, if ever, should mains be pole mounted above subs. The same applies to splitting subs left/right. That's how you usually see it done, but only because users aren't aware of how subs should be placed, which is clustered and wall loaded. Manufacturers don't help matters when they don't include proper placement instructions with subs, or by putting pole sockets on subs in the first place.

Thank you billfitzmaurice for replying. Can you please tell me the proper way to connect two qsc ksubs and two qsc k10 to my allen&heath mixer and proper placement for subs.
A lot of the places we play are not very big clubs and pubs where a lot of the time the stage is small (if any stage atall)

Put both subs together on one side or the other with a K10 pole mounted above them, and then put the other K10 on a stand on the other side. Your best solution for the pole mounts in the subs would be to simply change them to a standard pole socket, be sure to use metal not plastic sockets and also make sure they are the right size for your poles. Sockets usually come in 1-3/8" and 1.5".
Connecting the system together is pretty simply, use XLR cables to connect the main outputs of the mixer to both subs(1 cable to each sub), and then connect the corresponding link out from those subs to the K10s and engage the Ext sub switch on the back of each K10.

Subs should be placed together close to a wall. When they're out from the wall the reflected wave off the wall will meet the original wave 180 degrees out of phase somewhere within their passband, causing a cancellation notch. Mains are the opposite, they should be away from the wall so that a cancellation frequency will occur well below their passband.
