Here's my other finished speaker. Water and wood glue. Except the baffle so far. I had one black because I was testing how well 2x Rustoleum worked with MDF. Works well if painting! I can see how the edges need to be treated now first. No matter. They are sealed. Cover with Vinyl wrap whenever.

It does look really good on paper - don't forget to add the DCR to your inductors though, that resistance will affect the response.

I'd like to use 16 gauge for coils in the woofer section.
Seems to be cheaper over here.
Since I have no exchange rate here.
Doesn't seem to be much difference from 18 guage to 16, really.
