Brilliant project - I would also appreciate it if you could share more details.
- mid range box volume, have you reduced it to allow for an earlier natural roll off to match the crossover point to the woofer, or are you using the high pass as detailed by Jeff?
- why aperiodic compared to sealed? I am interested in the difference this makes to group delay if you have any measurements.
- any other crossover changes compared to Jeff's reference?

Definitely a fan! Love the design. Similar to another project of mine. Couldn't help but notice the massive crossover/components/caps. Looks serious. One of the reasons I opted for an active crossover, I knew it would take something that massive to pull off. You'll have to share more details. Nice choice of drivers too, but what can I say, I'm a fan of the lower/upper cabinet layout/topology. I've found it works out excellent.

yes the bottom is wrapped in carbon fiber tolex, and the top is rattle-can sprayed satin nickel
