I just finished up a Vigor Trio set made from walnut and a repurposed Mirage Nano Sub with a TB W6. They will be a gift for some family members.

Nice. You had to use super short screws to rear mount those drivers and not poke through the front.

The rear panel is removable?

Yep, 3/8" #6 screws. The back panels are removable to allow for the installation of the driver and cap. I glued in cleats to allow the rear panels to be sealed and screwed in.

Just curious on the volume and what frequency these are tuned for? I'm on the hunt for a smaller build, but think they may be similar in height and width to my current PC speakers, just half the depth.

The ones that I built at the beginning of the thread were more or less to spec based on the other brio threads out there. If I remember correctly the tuning is only about 120 hz in the speakers definitely need a subwoofer.
