It's been a while since I began this project, and I have reached the hardest part, the last 10%

It is fully operational, so the motivation to do more has waned. I did make the handles today, but cannot attach them until the interior is finalized and painted.
I will try to make a full parts list in case anyone is interested in the combination.

My bench testing showed me that the bluetooth amp was letting all frequencies go to the sub channel, so I built a low pass filter which works great.

the battery is built from 60 surplus laptop cells, all unused same batch and wired to 6S 10P roughly 400Wh. this keeps the supply voltage inside of the amp's max of 30v.
a simple 25A BMS keeps the cells in balance and should shut it down before the batteries are hurt (haven't tested low volt cutoff yet)

I used Qcad to design the box, and calculate all the volumes and the ports.
currently It needs to have the lens for the Led ring mounted at the right focal height, then torn all apart for interior paint so I can glue down the lid and round the edges.
then I can figure out what to do for the exterior, very open to suggestions there. After that, the Handles that I made today can go on:

I have also been contemplating a front triangle window to show the lens and lights as well as break up the large flat space between the mids/tweeters.
so far I am very pleased with the audio that this thing produces, like the heavy bass and clear highs.
finishing things was always my weakness, and that's why I decided to post it, please kick my arse to finish it!!
