Some of the parts for this design are currently on sale at PE, so I thought I would post this design.
It is the sealed MTM part of my FCSB towers, I built this MTM first, Then Curt's AviaTrix was posted. This caused me to change my design to a 3-way tower. I call these the AviaTrix NEMESIS!
This MTM uses the PE .75MTM cabinet, the ND140-4s and the RS28F.
These are very close to the AviaTrix's, but maybe a bit easier to build.
The drivers are on 5" centers (i.e. 5", 10", 15") on the baffle.
ND140-4's in connected in series, surface mounted, the RS28F is flush mounted.
The back of the cabinet is padded, plus the cabinet is stuffed with abound 1/2 a bag.
Here is the Baffle layout:

Here is the XO:

Here is the BOM: (text and pic)

Here is a what it looks like done:

Plus here is some possible upgraded XO parts (What I used)

Here is the modeled response Frq Chart:

These have a very nice clean sound, very detailed with good bass. They could be used as a CC (on side), L/R or surrounds. Cost should be in the $300 range.
