but still wanted to how it here :D
the box is 25L the port is 23cm long

for 2 x 6.5" woofers

Looks like you've got a good start. Anytime you set it up right at the beginning sure helps it go easy towards the finish.


Are you going to bondo the fold smooth?

I like the way you supported the driver rings - much better than dowels like I did. The one issue the dowels did help with is how the fabric when stretched sucks in reducing internal volume as can be see on your box.

Fiberglass coat .. -> bondo -> sanding -> bondo .... SANDING ..

Bondo -> sanding -> bondo -> sanding ... ( took me 3 days ) may be nex time I'll perchuse a cordless sander ... :D
