    Re: Attitude/Continuum Tower

Thank you for helping with my questions, out of curiousty
which Carmody design to you intend to adopt his bass
bins from for your intended use as speaker stands.

Is it possible to get the name of the thread that discussed
the lower module. I can then do a search and study it.

    Thank you.

The 210 has a very low sensitivity, so adding it to an existing design, like the Continuum, almost requires an amp of its own, otherwise you'd have to pad down the TM section.

Are you using a high pass on the Continuum?

And what low pass slope and frequency are you running the sub at?

        Thanks.

Wow, the Continuum is around 83.5dB. So, the 210 must be pretty low....

                fastbike,

Thank you for the link, very interesting reading.
I like this idea a lot, makes a lot of sense to me
due to the fact that women tend to come and go
in my life and with this system in place it can be tailored to
a multitude of room sizes/arangements. ie. just use
your MT or drop them on top of your bass bins, lots
                of flexibility.

When I think of all that that Carmody guy has done or
is doing I feel a kinda lazy.

What size box do the Continuum need on their own?

                    Tim,

Just want to say that I am blown away by your veneer work... inserting strips into the hoops of your port and driver cutouts, then round overs that are hand painted to match up the grain patterns. That is a Herculean effort in the eyes of noobs like me and results are impressive. Nice project.

                      Re: Attitude/Continuum Tower

Nice job. I really like the active sub/tower design. I just recently finished a pair of Aviatrix towers with a pair of side firing subs and I really dig it. I bet the 70 watt plate amps keep up really nice.
