The tweeter has NO series capacitor. Isn't that wrong in the schematic it seems to be connected the tweeter to the lowpass filter and the bass to the hipass filter.??

Um, as Chris said, the tweeter crossover is 3rd order, with 2 capacitors in series, and an inductor to ground. I am here to help you succeed!
