When cutting the rectangular opening for the tweeter it is not going to be large enough to fit the tweeter magnet through. You will need to cut a bit from the top and bottom of the rectangular opening wide enough and tall enough to fit the magnet through. Center this cutout between the left or right edge and the center of the opening. You don't want to do it at the center of the opening or you will cut away the material the center mounting holes for the tweeter flange need to screw down to. Once the magnet is through the hole you can slide it over and center it in the rectangular cutout for mounting. See attached picture of my Cabrini baffle to see what I am trying to explain. I flush mounted the drivers in mine, which is an option, but not necessary.
