The SB13PFC25-08 is really closer to a 6 ohm driver at 5.6 ohm DCR not
really an issue used alone but might be in an MTM.

Just checked the 8 page post TT forum on the SB13 and read this quote above from Pete. Maybe the TM you shared is the safer way to go with my tube amp than a MTM ? .

I just fed my daughter and my son-in-law to be. Had him listen and he said they sounded flat. as in flat response. nothing stood out. everything was right.
I'll take that.

Salt does look(or even sound) like a modern version of Rogers LS 3/5 or KEF Reference 101 with flat not hyped bass!
