I started this build in late September for a friend at work. He has an 18' w x 17'l x 9'h room with two 2 x 6' closets in the corners on the 18' wall. His plan was to remove the two double bifold doors on each close and we would install a large 6 x 7' speaker grill over the opening. That is not approved yet by his wife but we are proceeding.
I build a Cornwall clone with taller dimensions (49.5h x 20.5w x 16d) using an MCM 15" woofer, PE 812 horn (selenium 250 mid driver and Klipsch 8" horn tweeter with a stock Klipsch T4000 xover. These babies are big, heavy, clean and loud which is what he wanted. I don't have a good pick of the finished speakers since my flash isn't too bright (funny, my teachers used to say that!).
I'm now working on an 18HZ tapped horn that is 84" x 16 x16 using an Infinity 1260 12" woofer. This design uses 1/2" plywood and the posts indicate it is loud and low. I'll mate that with the 250WPC M&K sub amp. See photo below that I will use in building this baby.

I also built a clone of the RC-7 Klipsch center channel (all RC-7 original parts - few dents on the cones) in a larger 29.5"L x 11.5H x 6" deep. This baby really rocks.
I routed a 1/4 " slit in the 3/4" plywood in the gap between the two closets that allows his remote controlled projection screen to be raised and lowered by remote control. The CC actually hanger over the screen and trim above the closets/middle gap. I'll try to post good photos.
