  • First post, with another TriTrix Build. Extra tallboy version.

This is my first venture into speaker building, other than sub auto cabinets back in the day.. These are my shop speakers, so I built extra tall because I spend a fair amount of time moving around, standing, as well as sitting. I am powering them with a mid 70's Yamaha CA-800 power amp. I am not an audiophile by any stretch, but I know what sounds good to me, and these sound awesome. The conditions are far from ideal roomwise, 20x30 of hard walls and floors, and a garage door on one end. I may add a sub later, as I do tend to like my tunes a bit rich in the bass dept. Anyway, on to the photo's. Oh, thanks to Curt and Wayne, and you all as I pored over posts here to get my questions answered, and they had all been asked before...

Nicly done Abs. Maybe you could leave a little sawdust on the floor next time huh!?!?!?

Heh, yea. That's the beauty of a garage door at the other end, open up and leaf blower all the dust out.
