Thanks Navy Guy, next ones will be etched boards. I know how to etch but had never tried it for something like this.
For an etched board Parks Audio make great PCBs for the OS TM and MTM. I have used these several times for the TMs and the boards are top notch. There are zip ties holes for the inductors and glue holes for all of the components. I highly recommend them. This is one of the OS boards I did.

Do they make these for request or are there MANY options? I feel it's kind of like selling items for someone else's hard work.

Re: First speaker build Paul Carmody OS MTM Bookshelf
That brings up another really good point. I want to also design my own crossovers. These guys have all done a fabulous job but I look forward to that part of the challenge. The math and science side of this hobby is deep and very fun.
Re: First speaker build Paul Carmody OS MTM Bookshelf
I have about 1/8 lb in each speaker total and it is behind the woofers and they sound perfect now. It took a few hours and pulling woofers three times to get them right.
How are these any different than a flatpack or a pre built XO from Meniscus? I'd feel different if Paul had his own PCB's for the design.
Because Paul has said they can sell them. That's what's different.

Parks Audio does not make them for request. They have a few other crossover boards as well. The boards are 2-sided and the TM board uses an electrolytic 6.8uf cap not the called for poly due to size. I would liken these boards to a set of custom grips on one of my Sigs. I like the OEM grips OK, but give me a set of checkered G10s and it suits and fits me better. There are lots of engineers and designers that spend countless hours sculpting and forming clay into what will become the body of your favorite car. There will also be someone who comes along and accentuates that design with a body kit - some not even tasteful. If it were me (of course I cannot speak for Paul) I would be stoked that my design was so well known out there that a third party devoted the time and effort to make a part that works with my design. I would not slight them for profiting from their work as well.
I think there is also another angle to this. For a person who may not be as adventurous and want to build their own crossover it is an option. This can be an intimidating task. If it gets the feet wet of an indivugual wanting to get into speaker building, it is a good way to see how things can be laid out. I used them for two builds and they allowed me to understand why things go in certain places and how components can be configured. My thought process was, "hey, if I can solder components to a board, then I can surely connect them together" So I built 5 crossovers for my Swopes. I will never go back to using a pre-made board because I enjoy the design and the layout as well as the final build.
