Crossover Bypass Cap

I have an existing crossover that I want to experiment placing a film/foil bypass cap (highlighted in attached diagram) across the MPP tweeter caps (C3, C4). Would this work or do I need to place across each cap?

You should put a separate by-pass cap on C3 and C4. You might get a better result placing a by-pass cap across C1, it being an electrolytic. FWIW.

the way you've diagrammed it, your jumpering across the shunt (coil), which is NOT what you want to do
