I was initially hoping for a design using two Anarchy's and a Dayton RS28 in the SEOS-8 waveguide. A bummer about that tweeter going away because it knocked out quite a few designs. So Pete thought the 30mm Wavecor could handle the low crossover point and my understanding is that it does it well. I can't wait to build a pair of these myself when he's done with the crossover.

Why wouldn't a RS28F not work in the SEOS-8? I'm seriously asking. Thanks.

Exactly right.

The SEAS 27TDFC and 27TBFC would work in the SEOS8. I actually got a measurement of the TBFC/G in the SEOS8 and it wasn't bad at all, just can't cross as low as the awesome RS28A/F.

Yep, only 16 left at present. I have got a pair on their way "down under" at present. If you want a pair better get in quick.

Dayton Audio confirmed to me that the RS28F will be going the same way as the RS28A, NLA once current stocks are sold. They are currently working with another manufacturer to make replacements with the same frequency response but couldn't give an ETA for the new tweeters. Their engineers are visiting the factory in October so hopefully we will have some good news after their visit.

The RS28F works just fine in the SEOS8 if you want to pair them up before they're gone.

Probably. The main consideration is that the tweeter have that flat faceplate like the RS28 so you get a nice match up to the SEOS opening

The Eclipse is Menuiscus house brand woofer, I don't know why you would think its the same as the Anarchy?

If you are talking about the Eclipse w6520R from Meniscus, they are very much different units.
