Looks like you need to set the gate at about 300hz. Also, maybe you could crop the graph to show 100hz to 20k, and 10dB to minus 40dB. You can also stretch the height of the frequency response window. It makes the impulse window shorter, but together these will make the response easier to see while you are using HOLM.

What parts do you have that are close? Sometimes we can change a few parts and keep the filter close.
Just a few comments about the files I used. I assumed we are measuring at 1 meter so most of the "standard/ estimated" driver offsets will be close. Also assumed the box has a ½ inch round over. I used the Response Blender for all the file manipulation.
For the RS225 I used PE’s 30 degree FRD and added the baffle set the tails and extracted min phase. I’m using the DIFF tab and the LF tab. There’s no box information so the roll off is infinite baffle along with the impedance. I SPL adjust the FRD down by 2 dB.
For the DS90, there were two steps. I first added the baffle to PE’s 0 degree FRD (using the DIFF tab and the LF tab) and saved the file. Next for the LF tab I calculated the box for the DS90 which was 1.37 liters (half the volume) and “Used the Box Model” button. Then adjusted the DIFF data, I used the tweeter height as the average of the two DS90s. In the HF tab I used the FRD from the first step. Again in the Control tab I adjusted the tails and extracted min ph. I used the PE impedance file.
For the NeoCD1 I did not like the FRD file so I found another FRD picture on another web site and traced that. I loaded that to the LF tab, adjusted the DIFF tab (I used a 1 inch driver diameter), then added tails, and extracted min ph. I ended up measuring the NeoCD1 impedance.
I loaded the files and offsets into PCD at a one meter measurement distances then saved out the TW plus Mid and TW plus Woofer FRDs. I used these files as overlays to get the offsets right in XSim.
I had a hard time with the mids being in front of the tweeter by almost a 1cm so I assumed Z of 0 for the DS90s

i have some values that are close . .8 mH for 1 , .5 instead of .4 . i can stack 24.7 for 24 ... the two 4uF's i have 4.7 or 3.3 but i could stack 3.3 and 1 for 4.3 . the 12 and 7.5 ohm resistors would be the biggest hang up , i don't mind ordering resistors , i use cheap 10w's ...
i find it interesting how you generate your files . i don't have nor do i know how to use Exel .
