I'll play with some values but note the mids are positive polarity in my sim. PM me your address and I can send you some 12's and 5w 15 ohm resistors for the 7.5s

rpb , i'm starting to think that might be baffle effect . John's assumption of a 1/2" round-over is incorrect , will be doing that tomorrow . here it is with both added 10uF on woof and resistance on mids...

I still don't know what you are doing. Here's a comparison odf the dayton file vs a modified for baffle effect file. The Dayton file is reduced 6 dB, because you said that's what you did. Blue is the "correct file". Both use 4.7mH and 40uf filters.

I had a hard time with the mids being in front of the tweeter by almost a 1cm so I assumed Z of 0 for the DS90s

I do too, but these are done following Jeff's instructions to a tee. Mine is with a 10F which if you look at the tech drawings is incredibly similar in proportion to the ds90. Only other difference is my 10F is surface mounted, so take off the flange thickness from the +13mm offset (3.5mm iirc). First pic is +13mm, second is 0mm.
