I used a Morel CAM558 as the mid with a NeoCD1.0 ribbon. The two really work great together crossed right around 4k. Then you just need a woofer that can cross smoothly around 900 Hz. I used the Usher 8945A. It is my best sounding design to date.Craig

I used the rs225 with my 10f/cd1.0. I’m sure it’s no where near as good Craig’s design or anybody else’s on the board, but feel free to check out my transcend design in my sig for ideas if you want since you have 2 of the 3 same drivers as it.

That looks nice, I think you will have a heck of a speaker there. Once you build and tune, if you notice some sibilance on vocals or they are harsh on bright poor recordings you may want to look at pulling the wide hump from around 3-10k down a little. I’m sure this is due to the crossover and the 7k bump in the ribbons response. Your response in this area looks very similar to mine and I notice these characteristics on mine and attribute it to this bump, which I haven’t addressed yet. I adjusted the tweeter level to no end, and have it about as good as it gets without addressing the bump, but if I dove back in or did it over I personally would work on that area.
