  • 70 degrees here today in California.

It's so nice out, I think I'll go on a bike ride!

Yes, strange to read about gripping cold and inclement weather in other parts of the USA and I have to turn on the air conditioning in my car. I have grown to dislike California in so many ways over the past few years, but the weather is not one of them.

Have fun out there and stay visible. It's rainy and cold here.

I hear ya. It's 75F here in the Phoenix area, but we don't have anyone named Pelosi, Feinstein or Boxer.

I lived in the northern San Diego area between 1991 and 2009. Most beautiful state of all. So much to offer. Despite that, we decided to move away August 2009 and I'm betting a couple of our reasons might be similar to yours.

Ride an extra lap or two around your neighborhood for me please! It's 37F, overcast and windy here in Indiana. Not only that but some cold virus found me! I had been doing such a good job hiding from them this winter... oh well!

You are lucky! One of the reasons I have grown to dislike California: The "politically correct" left leaning flakes here.

                      Now we’re off the rails!

16 degrees, slightly sunny, with an inch and a half of snow on the deck here in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Spent the day online looking at computer crap. Need a new music computer.

                      Stayed warm! Later, Mark

That's one of the reasons. Lived in a very nice neighborhood, but I had little 5'2" guys with back packs riding Wal Mart Special $100 Husky 10 speeds knocking on my door and apparently asking if I had any work for them to do in a language that I did not understand. If I still lived there, the final nail in the coffin would be "sanctuary state"

Flake is quite the piece of work. His name is fitting.
