Does anyone have a technical spec sheet for the AST2560 faceplate? I have access to a University 3D printing lab, and I could get the housing for the tweeter printed off, but was hoping to align the mounting holes. The PE spec sheet just gives the outside dimensions.

Funny you ask that question.
I just got the first set of proper data to make a 1st attempt at a crossover.
These will be used in a TV installation so there will be some baffle enhancement which will bring up the range below 700Hz in the picture you see below.

Since Pete was making progress on the XO, I figured I better get moving with the cabs. R/L are sealed at 0.3cf and the CC is sealed at 0.6cf. There was some issues with the thickness of the BB ply. ended up going with bbb grade and I am happy I did. No visible voids and it looks nice and uniform. Should be able to glue everything up tomorrow, then it will just be sanding and polyurethane.Comment

I learned from another project that you should regularly clamp when gluing layers together. I did every 3 layers on the R/L and every 2Layers on the CC. Still think I am going to nee to seal inside and out.Comment

Got a couple hours of sanding in after the cabs were glued up. Took a little bit to get all the burn marks out from the CNC router, but they are looking pretty nice. I plan on keeping them as natural looking as possible. Thinking about a danish oil. I am going for the "Migico Mini" look. Anyone use Danish Oil on Baltic Birch? other recommendations?Comment

I need some advice. The vertical and horizontal brace didn't come out as planned. There is about a 0.5" x 0.5" gap. I can just glue and clamp the areas that overlap and ignore that space or I can try and use a wood filler or something else. Thoughts?Comment

leave it as is, as long as you have some contact and they are glued and wont rattleComment
