Just a press fit with a test baffle. It seems like the cutout for the baffle is not square. If you look at the straight on shot, you can see that it is not a square fit between the cab and the baffle. Any thought on how to square it up?

Simple way to know for sure. Get out the tape measure and verify the baffle dimensions, and use a T-square to check for orthogonal corners.

It's easy to screw up stacked ply layers and get them slightly off, one layer at a time.

I had the CNC guy cut holes in the pieces to use dowel rods to stack them better, but I still think that are off. :/

I'd suggest sanding the sides of the baffle so that the gap on the sides is uniform.

Believe me, I know what you're going through.

It's been a little bit since I've posted, I these should be all finished by the end of the year. I finished up the tweeter mounts. I used 1/8" hardboard t make the cup. I will seal all the seams to make sure it is air tight.

I really would like to try this. I can’t do the shapes but the BB sides are great.
