Xmax, as long as you have the calipers out, would you mind telling me what the exact size of the seos 8 opening is? And the size of the mounting flange? Assuming that's the seos 8 you have pictured.

With the measured specs I got, I can't get them to go below 38 pretty much at all. I sacrificed 5 ltrs to go from 38 to 40 Hz in terms of F3, yielding a 20 ltr box.

I had them in 30 liters with an F3 of 35. No worries, I'm also liking the newer SB 8-inchers.

Is there a mechanical drawing for this conundrum?

Wolf, where did you end up with your 8" 2 way design? I will have these tweeters, the new RST and the Wavecor
as well as the 9.5" Satori and Epique 8" for extensive testing. I remember you looking into the TB W8 at one
time, as was I until I did more measurements, the W8 has such high 3rd order distortion I think it might be
broken, I'm going to revisit the testing today with the other driver to see what was wrong. So far the Satori
9.5" and Wavecor is a excellent combo, I have only listened to them actively (analog) crossed over, so
far and they go together very well!
