    A 6.2 uF or a 6.8 uF series capacitor? Just to be clear!

      The first set of curves is a 6.8uf AND 1600hz active filter, the second set is a 6.2uf in series,
      with no other active filtering.

          Blue=RST with a LR4 @ 1.6K.
          Red=RST with 6.2uf (only, no active filtering)
          With the SEOS-8 on a 19x19 baffle.

          The Green trace is a Satori TW29R with NO waveguide and active LR4 @ 1.6Khz.Click image for larger version Name:	6dB rst.jpg Views:	1 Size:	462.8 KB ID:	1378563

            I'm interested, having thought for some time that midrange drivers in WGs offer benefits, particulary if paired with tweeters in guides that are carefully integrated with the midrange drivers in guides. There are challenges developing and producing a baffle shape that incorporates both. However, in my experience, the effort is worthwhile.

            I look forward to reading about your efforts and results.

              xmax You are the man! I was just wondering if anyone had successfully crossed over as low as 1600hz with this tweeter. That is very impressive to be able to crossover that low with an LR4.
