    Dan was also quite helpful on the boards, taught a lot and cut through a lot of BS. Hope he'll return. IIRC, that was the "bass list" which is gone; maybe he'll appear on another one like TT.

    When I was in high school, that was a lot. Today, the Tymphany STW-15 promises 60% more excursion for the same money, and it's not "available soon" - you can get 'em from PE for about $440 after coupon (with free shipping, too!)

    And, even if it weren't, I'd buy my sub from the company that wasn't defunct last week.
