Subwoofer speaker shell design for help

I am a newbie in speaker design and after a period of silence. Lessons from the failure of the last JBL Stage 810 subwoofer. I hope to learn more about this speaker, and I started to redesign the speaker. Recently I saw that the Bass Box Pro6 software is relatively easy to operate in all aspects. This time I used the Bass Box Pro 6, and I have filled in all the parameters, but I always feel that there is a problem there. Hope someone can help me check it. Please let me know if there is more convenient software!

WinISD is free at linearteam.org (sorry).
I'd probably go a bit smaller (0.4 cf instead of 0.5) w/a higher tuning (Fb of 47 instead of 39Hz.)

I don't really see anything "wrong" w/your modelling.

Fb=47 Hz is stretching the definition of "subwoofer" :-)

How about a 40 Hz tapped horn?
