Regretfully, one of the last interactions I had with Jeff was a disagreement over being banned from a DIY FB group he participated in and moderated. He took the time to explain their reasoning for doing so, not something he had to do. I think it was more of him trying to reach me, make me understand his/their thought process and I respected him for that. He never un-friended me on FB. When my birthday came around, he sent a "Happy Birthday" wish. When my granddaughter was born, he sent a "Congratulations" wish. When I posted new builds in a different FB group, he "Liked" many of them. They were little things to him, I'm sure. But to me, it indicated he was a man of great character, one who believed in "forgive and forget". Wish I could have met him in person. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. Rest in peace Sir.

Just now found out about this. So sorry to hear this. Jeff was one of the greats, bringing advanced technology audio design capability to anyone who was interested. He'll be missed.
Jeff is the first, and hopefully the only victim of the corona virus who I knew personally.

I just saw this on my news feed and didn't see it here yet. A nice write up for a true gentleman.

Jeff Bagby was a great guy with a gift for loudspeaker design. He was very patient and helpful to so many newbies such as myself. I believe I will now finish my Mandolins to honor him. I have also been thinking about building some Sopranos for my computer, maybe this will finally push me over the edge.
Rest in Peace.

Jeff passed away because of Covid 19 or complications there of.
His wife and son didn’t get the virus?
Seems to me like they need a couple more of those Superman t-shirts!
Am I missing something?
