That Teac *has* to be the same as the Mini-7, no mistaking that woofer. And on the older ones, the aluminum faceplate for the tweeter with just the "top" corners rounded to fit up against the grille

The Mach 1s are such cool speakers, but I have a huge soft spot for the Mach 2s. In high school one of the teachers used to DJ our dances with 2 pair of Mach 2s and it completely filled a high school gym with sound that wasn't harsh and raspy like most DJ setups were, and man that bass! I've always wanted a set, and when something local pops up I'm going to grab them!

Only a minor mod as I mentioned: I added a pair of Audax TW-51A tweets as "super-tweeters" to my original 40-4024A Mach Ones. I just threw like a 2.2 or 1.5 uF cap on them to get some "air" as I was never pleased with the top end of the factory horns. It was just enough to sweeten them up.
