Very sad news. Gone too soon. He was a driving force in the community.
Isn't it about time we started answering rhetorical questions?

Rick was very helpful in designing a new custom xover for the Altec 604e duplex drivers. So sad, nice guy.

The first DIY speakers I built were his Scan the Seas. Saddened to hear he is gone.

Very sad. great loss of diy community
I would like to build a couple of his diy design plan for a while.

Is there anyone of his family or friend can sell his designs?

Even though I've been away a while I loved reading what he wrote!

                      A sad day indeed.

I was saddened, like many, that I could not do more.

I gave a small donation to his spouse Shelia via PayPal at Christmas time. Perhaps you can contact her (using the usual email to enquire) about existing stock.

Could you pm me Shelia’s email?

Just looking to buy a couple of design plan that Rick used to offer on Selah Audio website.

If someone could sell those designs as a kit, that’ll be a very good idea indeed. The best candidates should be Mark of Meniscus or Salk Sound.
