"peak sensitivity" would be more accurate, that value is a sad joke if you define sensitivity as the average sensitivity through the useful passband. Using the metric PE have used for this driver, the RS180-8 is a 98dB sensitive driver.
PE needs to ditch the mismash of metric and imperial units. When all other units are in metric, use metric for volume as well. You'll find this will match up with any competent spec sheet.
