  • PA255 2 x 10" guitar cab

    hey y'all it's been a while !

thought i'd share this with you . some may remember " Frankenspeaker " , it was a test i built to learn to measure and design XOs . me and Josh Bruner used for off the shelf v. designed XO shootout 7 years ago . ! still had 2 PA255s and the cabinet laying around so i put together a guitar cab for a guitar i recently bought . learning to play guitar is cheaper than building big 3-ways , true story ! Looking at their FR, I'm guessing they sound really nice for guitar...maybe a bit on the dark and smooth side?
Do you like them for it?
    My first 2way build

These are complimentary hobbies, designed to liberate the user of much cash and storage space, proceed with caution... You may want a speaker riser/stand to put the cabinet more in line with ear level. Looks like a Dinky?

That's funny, I thought the fretboard looked dark! Those tiny hybrid amps are shockingly loud...have you started collecting pedals?
